- Coordinate with overseas and domestic agents to handle nomination shipments from Vietnam to the US, Canada, China, Europe and other markets.

- Liaise with shippers to provide all necessary support throughout shipping procedures.

- Receive and respond to booking requests and shipment information from agents and carriers.

- Check vessel availability and freight rates based on cargo requirements, select the most suitable option, and provide shipping schedules, cargo information and quotations to agents.

- Identify and propose alternative shipping solutions when the initial option is not accepted.

- Send booking confirmations to customers.

- Coordinate with shipping lines and customers to resolve shipment issues, cargo backlogs and other operational incidents.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

- Prepare reports for managers or upper-level management as required.

- Perform other assigned tasks as requested.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Import/Export, Logistics or related fields.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Executive in a freight forwarding company.

- Experience handling the US/Canada trade lane is an advantage.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

- Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, dedicated and hard-working.

- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.

- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Ability to work well under pressure.
